Morning everyone and happy Easter! Today I am sharing with you a card I made using the Sweet Peony collection from Heartfelt Creations. This is my first time using Heartfelt products and I have to say they are beautiful! The paper pad is the most amazing quality, each sheet is double sided and there are also lots of tags and sentiments included. I bought the whole collection from Hochanda when it was the One Day special and was very good value for money. The collection comes with matching dies and stamps and I also treat myself to foam paper which allows you to make the most amazing 3D flowers and embellishments. Other than items from the collection I used some crochet lace, silk flower which I sprayed with tattered angels glimmer mist spray, bayleaf and beads. this is what I did: To begin I cut a piece of background paper to fit a 7x7 card blank. I distressed the edges with scissors and inked the edges with brown ink. I glued a length of lace across the card, then attached a paper ribbon from the paper pad along the edge of the lace.
I then cut a premade panel from the paper pack which matched the background paper and attached as shown with foam tape.
Next I stamped and die cut the medium peony and leaves using brown ink onto foam paper. I then sprayed then with tattered angels glimmer mist spray and heated with a heat gun until they curled.
I then finished the card as shown having also sprayed a silk flower with the black cherry and gold glimmer mist spray.
