Morning everyone, I hope those of you in the UK benefited from an extra hours sleep last night?? I was up until late making these cards...I got carried away! Whilst doing the grocery shop a couple of days ago I spotted some natural wood pot pourri in the supermarket and thought the components would be perfect for my style of card making. I have to say as well as looking good they smell amazing! I am now on the look out for other pot pourri mixes.
These cards are really easy to make, however you definitely need hot glue to fix the pot pourri to the card. Here's what I did:
Glue 2 pieces of patterned paper to card front and then fix some glittered mesh to the left side. Glue some lengths of raffia on top.
Glue selection of pot pourri pieces centrally over raffia and mesh
Die cut snow flake and 'let it snow' sentiment from silver glitter card and attach as shown
